Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over £75.00. We also offer free shipping on all of our Explorer T-Shirts!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship throughout the UK at the moment, but this could soon change. Stay-tuned!

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, on most of our items. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on made-to-order clothing. For more information, please take a look at our Refund Policy.

How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after you have received the item.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order doesn't have free shipping?

Don't worry! We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to print or take to the post office.
